Groups of 6 or more can almost always save money by holding a private training at their location.
The 50% of the estimated class total is a non-refundable deposit to hold your class on the calendar. Fees are non-refundable if a participant does not show or pass a class.
All classes are taught by Laurian Horowitz.
Each class varies. The requirements are listed under the class descriptions.
All classes require that you attend all class hours. Many classes require written
and/or practical exams. You must attain an 80% on each section of the written finals.
You will be certified through the American Red Cross or receive certificates of
completion depending on the class if you complete all the above objectives.
Certification length varies from class to class.

If you do not pass a full course, you will be allowed one (1) chance to take the written and/or practical exams again. If you fail to pass the second chance exam, you must retake the full course. The book fee will be deducted from the total fees due on the second course. The book fees vary from course to course.

Beginning January 1, 2011, the PDF certification will also be able to be used for continuing education credit through IACET. If you order the wallet size certification, you can order the IACET continuing education certification separately at a cost of $20-$40. Continuing education credit through IACET is not available for Pet First Aid. American Red Cross is an authorized IACET provider. For more information about IACET certification, please visit www.IACET.org. Please ask the instructor how you can get this credit.
